Trans-Canada Road Trip: INKYSPIDER and KOOTSAC

We have made it to British Columbia! Our first stop in this province is to see Morgen who lives in New Denver, which is a tiny village on the Slocan Lake in the Kootenay region. She is a textile artist and clothing designer and sells these items in her Inkyspider shop. She has another Etsy shop called, Kootsac, and this shop has reusable bulk food and produce bags made of ripstop nylon, cotton and silk. Morgen's favorite musician is K'Naan, a Canadian hip hop artist and protest poet born in Mogadishu, Somalia. Her favourite Canadian personality is David Suzuki.

Visit Morgen on Etsy and if you make a purchase from either of her shops, InkySpider or Kootsac before midnight on July 1st, you will be entered into the Trans-Canada Road Trip giveaway with a chance to win some really super cool prizes. For all the details, you can check here to see the prizes and the list of other participating Etsy shops.

I have purchased from Inky Spider in the past, and her work is really great. My daughter loves the blue hoodie and wears it all the time!
